My Story
Ever since I can remember, I have been enamored with cameras. I used to borrow my mom’s Nikon DSLR for years until I finally invested in one of my own. I have spent almost two decades experimenting with photography and the last five years working on my professional craft.
I see the world differently through my camera lens. I see my client’s eyes come to life, the sparkle in their smile, and the warmth from their soul. I genuinely find every one of my clients beautiful, inside and out.
I founded Modern Woman Photography to empower women like you to feel like the absolute badasses they are. In every photography session, I create a safe space for you to feel comfortable + confident in front of the camera, so I can capture your essence.
My photography style is candid, intimate, and fun. I promise that you will laugh and smile through your session—and walk away excited to see the outcome.
My goal is to translate your beauty into a digital piece of art. A memory that is frozen in time for you to look back on for years to come.
About Me
When I am not in the studio or working on my marketing business, you can usually find me relaxing at home with a good book, out on the water paddleboarding, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or deep into conversation with friends.
I am both a serial entrepreneur and a free-spirited nomad. An avid world traveler and a cozy homebody. A lover of vulnerable connection and a gal who just wants to laugh the night away. I love all the contradictory facets of my ever-changing self.
I feel most confident when I challenge myself. When I prove to myself that I am capable of whatever I set my mind to—whether that be attempting a new outdoor sport like snowboarding or baring it all in front of the camera!
